There is 1 hour parking directly outside The Inglenook, and free parking from 18:00 to 08:00. There is free parking 5 minutes away beside Carrickfergus Castle.

The train station is a 5 minute walk. Train services run regularly to Belfast city centre and Larne Harbour.

There are also bus stops 5 minutes away servicing Belfast and Whitehead.
