By Air

Mid East Antrim is served by flights into the following airports:

By Car

Belfast to Ballymena
Travel Time: 40 mins
Directions: From Belfast City, take the M2 north. Take exit 1 from M2 onto Lisnevenagh Rd (A26). Continue north on Lisnevenagh Road into Ballymena From Belfast City, take the M2 north.

Belfast to Carrickfergus
Travel Time: 30 mins
Directions: From Belfast City, take the M2 north keeping right at the fork to continue onto the M5, following signs for Whiteabbey / Carrickfergus. Continue through the town of Whiteabbey and At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A2. Continue northbound to the town to Carrickfergus.

Belfast to Larne
Travel Time: 30 mins
Directions: From Belfast City, take the M2 north. Take exit 4, and at the roundabout join the A8. Continue northbound on the A8 into Ballymena.

By Sea

Northern Ireland has first-class ferry connections with Scotland, England, and the Isle of Man. Travel coast-to-coast from Scotland in under an hour.
