Wee Critters @ Whitehead Railway Museum

About

Oh my goodness! We thought that our trains were the most exciting exhibits on site. They are still amazing but what about adding some ‘Wee Critters’ to our site for you to learn about, get up close to, and maybe even handle them. Over 45 minutes you will learn everything there is to know about these special creatures. Our on-hand experts will be there to answer your questions and we hope you will leave inspired to become the next David Attenborough. Safter meeting the ‘Wee Critters, have a short train ride on our site and explore our 5-gallery museum.

So come along and explore. You certainly won’t do anything else as unique this August.

Please note:

The Wee Critters event is not suitable for children under 3.  Your train ride is simply up and down our own short piece of track and does not transport you beyond this.  Tickets need to be booked in advance and cannot be booked online on the day of the event.
