The Ecos Hub in Ballymena features four dedicated, multi-purpose areas dedicated to conferences and meetings; let us help you reimagine how you can host an event in our state-of-the-art meeting spaces.  Facilities include:

Auditorium:   Size 115m².   Capacity: Theatre style – 110 people

Reception Hub:  Capacity 110 people.  Cost: Minimum of 2 hours

Innovo 2:   Size 48m².  Capacity: Theatre style – 25 people | Boardroom style – 14 people | Classroom style – 10 people | Cabaret style – 10 people

Innovo 3:   Size 71m².  Capacity: Theatre style – 30-40 people | Boardroom style – 24 people | Classroom style – 16 people | Cabaret style – 30 people

Innovo 4:  Size 34m².  Capacity: Theatre style – 20 people | Boardroom style – 10 people | Classroom style – 8 people | Cabaret style – 10 people
 

Catering for your conference, meeting or event

The team at The Secret Garden are contracted for all catering arrangements. All bookings must give a minimum of 10 days to submit catering options and a minimum of 3 full business days prior to event to confirm / change catering numbers. Any amendments after this date will be at the discretion of the catering supplier. If any of your delegates, participants, presenters or guests have any special dietary requirements, please discuss this when making your catering booking.
