The Whitecliff Inn

About

Established in 1894, The WhiteCliff Inn has been a well established public house for many years.  The McNeill family took over the business in June 2024 & have recently renovated the premises to a very high standard.

Characteristic, comfortable, modern bar & restaurant with an emphasis on the local area. Ideally located beside Whitehead train station & a stones throw from the sea front & Blackhead Coastal Path, where you will find the infamous lighthouse incorporated in our logo.

Our Head Chef Josh Crawford has a meticulous eye for detail serving a brasserie style food in both our restaurant & bar, where we have a separate menu in both areas to ensure there's something for everyone.  With food, drink and regular entertainment it attracts locals and visitors of all ages, so pop in if you’re visiting or staying in the town!

Check our Facebook page for daily food specials and upcoming events.
