BallyCairn Studio is situated between the picturesque seaside village of Ballygally and the historic hamlet of Cairncastle, with stunning, panoramic views of the Scottish Coastline and the hills of Antrim.

Larne Harbour is 10 minutes from here, Belfast City and Belfast International airports are approximately 35 minutes. This accommodation is decorated and furnished to a high standard, equipped with all the facilities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The Studio is the perfect base for spending several days, exploring Northern Ireland, especially: East Antrim, The Gobbins, Carrickfergus Castle, The Glens of Antrim, The Ulster Way, Slemish Mountain, the world famous Causeway Coastal Route, Fairhead, Kenbane Castle, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Giant's Causeway, The Dark Hedges, Dunluce Castle, The Seamus Heaney Homeplace Museum and the many exciting places of interest and attractions in Belfast City.

The owners live in the adjoining property and are on hand to offer advice with planning your holiday itinerary. Nearby there are several restaurants and pubs, offering tasty Irish cuisine. Try out 'Boxer Jim's' Guinness pie in the local pub (Matties) where there is traditional live music on Thursday evenings. Close by in Ballygally Castle Hotel, visit the ghost room and view one of the stunning Game of Thrones® Doors before enjoying a fine meal in the restaurant. Nearby Cairndhu Golf Club, The Halfway House Hotel and Billy Andy's Pub offer delicious food too.

Carnfunnock Country Park, Maze and Woodland is a splendid venue for an afternoon stroll. Glenarm, a 10-minute drive north, has an amazing castle, walled garden, delightful tearoom and the renowned Steenson's Jewellers. Travelling a little further north, the village of Carnlough, with its quaint harbour and Cranny Falls waterfall walk make a great day out, followed by a meal in the historic Londonderry Arms Hotel. So much to do and enjoy!
