Larne to Red Bay Cycling Route

From Larne Leisure Centre, follow the promenade path for 1km, with the sea to your right.

On reaching the Coast Road, turn right and follow it, again keeping the sea to your right.

At 5km, you pass the entrance to Carnfunnock Country Park on your left.

In Glenarm, keep to the right, going over the bridge over Glenarm river.

Getting to the start: Larne Leisure Centre is on Tower Road, Larne.

Traffic: Usually light traffic, except for Bank Holidays and warm summer weekends. Sundays are popular with motorcyclists. Footways exist only for short distances in villages.

All facilites have disabled car parking spaces.
